We want to inform you of an important update regarding your Sales Simplify account. As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service and technology, we will be transitioning all accounts to the Zixflow platform.
We are confident that this transition will bring about a seamless experience while maintaining the same benefits you have come to rely on, but on a superior platform. To provide you with a clearer understanding of what to expect, here is a detailed list of the changes:
Enhanced User Interface: Zixflow offers a modern and intuitive user interface designed to streamline your workflow and improve overall user experience. It can handle more use cases then just Sales.
Advanced Features: You can look forward to accessing a range of advanced features and functionalities that will empower you to optimize your sales and business process and achieve greater efficiency.
Please migrate your account to Zixflow before April 28, 2024. Failure to do so will result in the deletion of your existing Sales Simplify account, and it will not be possible to create a backup thereafter. If you prefer not to migrate at this time, we recommend taking a backup to ensure that no data loss occurs from your Sales Simplify account.

1) Why should I move to Zixflow? Can I still use my Sales Simplify Account?
Answer: As a company, managing two applications has become challenging for us. Additionally, all new customers are being directed to the Zixflow platform. Therefore, further development and support will be focused on Zixflow. While Sales Simplify will continue to function, it will serve only for resellers, not direct users.
2) Is Sales Simplify closing?
Answer: No, Sales Simplify will continue to operate, but it will serve only resellers. Future updates will be based on reseller requirements, and it will not be available for direct users.
3) I am using Sales Simplify under a LTD plan. Will I get the same features and plan on Zixflow?
Answer: When you transition to Zixflow, you will enjoy almost 80% off on the Growth Plan for as many users and years as required, effectively paying the same as you did for Sales Simplify deal, You already know, when we introduced email sync addon during the LTD deal for Sales Simplify, a small fee paid per user/month, you will be paying same at Zixflow Platfrom.
4) Can I choose not to pay immediately if I am not using Zixflow right now?
Answer: Yes, you can delay starting your subscription. Simply reach out to us at support@zixflow.com, and we will apply the discounts when you decide to use the platform.
5) Can I get Zixflow for free with limited features like Sales Simplify?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. Zixflow does not offer LTD subscriptions. However, we do have a startup program with a 70% discount applicable for one year. So we are extending an 80% discount for lifetime for all LTD users.
6) What happens if I don't take action by April 28th?
Answer: All existing data in Sales Simplify will be automatically deleted, and accounts will be closed. We recommend taking a backup if you're not currently using the platform. In the future, you can transition to Zixflow with an 80% discount.
7) Can I resell my account if I'm not using it?
Answer: No, you can't. Please note that we regularly monitor accounts sold through LTD. If such accounts are found, access will be blocked and the accounts deleted permanently.
8) Is Zixflow better than Sales Simplify?
Answer: Yes, Zixflow offers enhanced flexibility. It's like Airtable but specifically designed for CRM. Additionally, features like email sync are included in the plans by default.
9) Can your team assist with direct migration from Sales Simplify to Zixflow?
Answer: No, due to technical limitations, direct migration is not possible. The data structures of Zixflow and Sales Simplify are different. However, we will provide guidance and support throughout the transition process. You can reach out to support the team whenever you need.
